Your coaching purchase
Your program page and order summary specify the session count, session duration, digital resources and one-time price in USD. There is no automatic renewal. Coaching provides general fitness and nutrition education; it is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Results vary and no weight-loss or strength result is guaranteed.
Payment and confirmation
Placing an order does not charge your card. Byte NFT emails a link to its separate payment checkout. Review the amount and its purchase terms before paying. The statement descriptor may be SARDINE*BYTE. The payment partner issues a redeemable digital voucher, recorded as an NFT, for the listed purchase. It has no promised investment value or resale return.
Getting started
After confirmed payment, follow your confirmation to redeem the program and arrange your starting session. A receipt does not itself schedule an appointment. Keep the order reference for support. Your program is personal and is not offered for resale or transfer.
Clinical services and medicines
Coaching prices exclude medicines, clinical consultations, laboratory tests and pharmacy services. A clinical follow-up selection requests assessment; it is not a prescription or a guarantee of treatment. Evolv must explain eligibility, clinical terms and any separate charges before you agree. Payment or an NFT never replaces a prescription or authorizes shipment of medicine.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Our cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms. Contact us promptly if an order, amount or confirmation is wrong. Do not make a second payment merely because a page is slow or a confirmation is delayed.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Changes to these terms apply to later purchases; the terms shown when you ordered govern that purchase.
