Information used for your order

We record the contact and billing details you enter, your selected program, training experience, available equipment, any clinical follow-up request, order notes, payment status and order references. Hosting and payment systems also process security, device, network and transaction logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to administer the purchase, provide support, arrange the purchased services, handle cancellations and refunds, prevent fraud and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Do not enter diagnoses, prescriptions, identification documents or medical history into the coaching checkout or order notes.

Payment and service providers

GoDaddy hosts the storefront. Byte NFT and the selected payment provider operate the separate payment flow and may collect card and identity information under their own notices. This storefront does not collect your full card number or security code. If you request clinical care, the clinic obtains its required clinical information and consent separately. Selecting a pathway does not itself send medical records or authorize treatment.

Cookies and external resources

Cart, sign-in and security features use necessary cookies and technical storage. The site uses Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to load those fonts. Your browser can restrict cookies and external content, but some checkout features may then fail.

Blockchain records

The payment partner records the digital voucher as an NFT. Blockchain addresses and transaction records may be public and cannot generally be erased from a blockchain. We keep the detailed coaching order and clinical follow-up selection in the private order record rather than public NFT artwork or descriptions.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained as needed to administer the order, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@rt.app. We verify the request proportionately and explain any record we must retain. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights or a right to complain to a supervisory authority. Do not send identity documents unless we provide an appropriate secure method.
