Cancellations and refunds

Effective October 28, 2026.

Before your program starts

Cancel before your first coaching session and before digital resources are supplied for a full refund of the coaching program price.

After your program starts

You may cancel unused coaching. The refund is calculated from the unused scheduled coaching minutes divided by the total coaching minutes included in your program, multiplied by its price. Digital resources are included and do not create a separate deduction. Tell us before a session begins if you need to reschedule; a session we cancel is rescheduled or treated as unused.

Clinical care

Choosing not to pursue treatment, or being declined for a prescription, does not remove your right to cancel unused coaching under this policy. We do not charge for medicines in the coaching purchase. Separate clinical or pharmacy payments follow the terms provided by that provider before you pay.

How to request help

Email support@rt.app with the order reference, checkout email and what you want cancelled or corrected. We confirm the unused services, refund amount and payment route before processing. Refunds return through the original payment route where supported; the payment provider explains processing time. Never send card numbers or security codes by email.

Digital voucher

If a refund changes or cancels the entitlement, the corresponding digital voucher must be updated or retired through the supported process so it cannot also be used to claim refunded services. Do not redeem services you have asked to cancel. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
